I liked how easy it was to install the new battery. All I had to do was remove a couple screws from the bottom of my laptop, pop the bottom off using a plastic tool to prevent scratching it, remove the old battery 4 screws and a plug, put in the new battery and put it back together. The new battery works great.

Purchased for a friend and he says no problems so far. They ask for these reviews right away so sometimes you don't have a chance to actually use the product and they want to know how it is. But all good so far, seems a cheaper alternative to an actual OEM replacement battery
